Yay explained that he usually needs time to adjust to international tournaments, including adapting to the new time zone and stage setup. He said, “All the events I’ve attended, whenever you go to a new LAN, you need time to get into the zone and get used to the general setup on stage.”

In the match against LOUD, yay initially struggled on the first map but showed up on the following two maps to secure a 2-1 series win. He topped the tables with impressive stats, including a 244 ACS, 59/46 KD ratio, and 156 ADR, as reported by VLR.GG.

Today at 1pm CT, yay and OpTic Gaming will face KRÜ Esports in a decider match on the big stage. The winner will advance to the playoffs, while the loser will be eliminated from the tournament.
