Febiven admits difficulty in securing mid lane position in LEC/LCS for the upcoming year

Former Misfits Gaming Player Febiven Won’t Play in LEC or LCS Next Year

Febiven, the former mid laner for Misfits Gaming, has announced that he will not be playing for an LEC or LCS roster next year. After five years of playing professional League of Legends at the highest level, the 24-year-old veteran has made this decision.

Jumping Around the Western League Scene

Febiven has been a part of the Western League scene for some time now. He joined Fnatic in 2015 and spent two years with the team before moving to H2K Gaming for a year. Afterward, he made the decision to move to North America.

A Challenging Stint in the LCS

Unfortunately, Febiven’s time in the LCS did not go well. After a year with Clutch Gaming, he returned to Europe and joined Misfits in 2018. However, Misfits’ performance has not been great either. In 2019, they finished as a bottom-three squad in consecutive seasons.

In the 2020 season, Misfits made the playoffs in the Spring Split but were quickly eliminated. Their performance in the summer was disappointing as well, finishing in eighth place with a 7-11 record.

Looking Ahead to the Future

Febiven is not giving up and sees next year as the perfect opportunity to rebuild himself and compete in the LEC once more. He believes that his experience will be valuable for himself and his future teammates.
