Remaining on Track: SKT Continues to Dominate Worlds

The Undisputed Dominance of SK Telecom T1 at Worlds 2017

The League of Legends World Championship is in full swing, marking the arrival of autumn and all the excitement it brings. With thrilling upsets and nail-biting matches, Worlds never fails to disappoint. However, one team stands above the rest every year: SK Telecom T1 from South Korea.

Smooth Sailing or Turbulent Waters?

SKT has had its fair share of challenges this year, but they remain undefeated and are in a strong position for the next round. Although their games against EDward Gaming and ahq e-Sports Club were not as easy, SKT managed to come out on top. Their success is largely attributed to their star player, Faker, and their coach, kkOma.

Overcoming the Odds

One positive to take away from SKT’s performance is the shining moments of their other players. ADC Bang and support Wolf have consistently made an impact, even when the team as a whole was struggling. Additionally, top laner Huni has shown tremendous improvement and has become a key player for the team.

Looking Ahead

SKT’s path to victory seems clear for now. They are undefeated and their main competition in Group A, EDG, has yet to secure a win. With Cloud9 as their closest rival, SKT is confident in their ability to come out on top. They see tonight’s matches as an opportunity to fine-tune their strategies and send a message to the other top teams in the tournament. SKT is ready to show that they are still the favorites and will be a force to be reckoned with in Guangzhou.
