MrBeast Announces the Formation of His Own League of Legends Team

MrBeast Teases Potential Ownership of a League of Legends Team

Popular content creator, Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson, recently hinted at his desire to own his own League of Legends team. During a 24-hour stream where he interacted with fans and signed merchandise, MrBeast confirmed that he is still pursuing this plan.

When asked about his intentions to own a League of Legends team, MrBeast enthusiastically replied with a resounding yes. It seems that he already has something in the works and is determined to make it happen.

MrBeast shared his excitement, stating, “Oh yeah, not even thinking, it’s happening. Just give me a little bit of time. We have so much going on with this channel, the side channel, and all of the other companies… so definitely not this season or the Summer Split either. But we are definitely going to have a Beast Gaming League of Legends team—100 percent.”

Although MrBeast’s previous comments were more ambiguous, it seems that he simply didn’t want to go into detail on Twitter or during the stream. Nonetheless, it’s clear that he has ambitious plans.

He expressed his desire for a League of Legends team by saying, “I definitely want [a team]. I don’t want to say too much about what I have planned… I spend so much time watching, so I was just like ‘I might as well be watching one of my teams.'”

Since MrBeast’s initial announcement, industry figures such as TSM and Fnatic’s CEO Sam Matthews have shown interest in collaborating with him. MrBeast, who has a staggering 46 million subscribers on his main YouTube channel, has garnered significant attention from within the esports community.
