Lissandra’s Buffs in the Upcoming League of Legends Patch

Lissandra has been overlooked for some time, with her last nerf dating back to Patch 12.10, which affected all champions in the game. Lissandra’s Buffs in Patch 13.1
Lissandra will receive three buffs in Patch 13.1 according to Riot Phlox’s patch preview. Firstly, her health growth will increase from 104 to 110. This means she will gain an extra six maximum health per level, which can be a crucial bonus for survival in the late game.
The second buff will be applied to her Ice Shard ability, increasing its slow effect by four percent at rank one and eight percent at max rank. Since Lissandra usually maxes this ability first, players will notice an immediate difference in their ability to land spells.
