Nunu’s Redesign: Snowballs Galore!
Nunu’s makeover has been revealed, and it’s bringing a fresh new look to the champion. The official gameplay trailer released today by Riot shows off the exciting changes that players can look forward to in Nunu’s redesign.
Last night, the official League of Legends Brazil website accidentally leaked a sneak peek of the redesign, but today we get the full reveal. If you caught a glimpse of the early images, you would have noticed just how different both Nunu and his yeti Willump look now.
But it’s not just the appearance that has changed. Nunu’s gameplay has also been dramatically altered, and it’s a welcome change. In the trailer, we see Nunu and Willump utilizing two different snowball abilities. One ability allows them to throw snowballs at enemies in rapid succession, potentially stunning them with another attack. The second snowball is rolled on the ground, growing in size and can be used to deal crowd control and damage when they hit enemies.
There are a few familiar abilities, such as Consume and Absolute Zero, but they have also undergone some changes. Consume can now be used on champions, and there are more stuns in their kit to set up for Absolute Zero.
Overall, the most notable difference is how adorable Nunu looks now. He’s big, fluffy, and absolutely endearing. We can’t wait to get our hands on the redesigned champion and experience the snowball mayhem!
