Introducing the All-Star Players of ‘League of Legends’

League of Legends All-Stars tournament to feature world’s best players

The upcoming League of Legends All-Stars tournament in Paris is set to showcase the best players and teams from around the world. This will be the first international competition since last year’s World Championships.

Team lineups for All-Star Challenge announced

Riot recently announced the players who will make up the teams for the All-Star Challenge. Each major region, including North America, Europe, China, Korea, and South-east Asia, voted for their top two players. These players will be mixed to create two world-class superteams who will compete in various game modes.

Introducing Team Ice

The first team, named Team Ice, will be led by Alliance’s Henrik “Froggen” Hansen from the European LCS. Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng, the top marksman from North America, will also be part of the team. Other notable players include Chinese top laner Wei “CaoMei” Handong and Korean support Hong “MadLife” Min-gi, known for his exceptional skills with support champions like Thresh and Blitzcrank.

Team Ice is completed by Vietnamese star Trần “Archie” Minh Nhựt and retired player Yu “Misaya” Jingxi, known for popularizing the champion Twisted Fate.

Introducing Team Fire

Headlining Team Fire is Gambit Gaming’s Danil “Diamondprox” Reshetnikov, who has been competing internationally since 2011. He will be joined by North America’s Søren “Bjergsen” Bjerg, recently named North American MVP. Other members of Team Fire include Korean top-lane phenom Park “Shy” Sang-myeon, Chinese marksman Gao “WeiXiao” Xuecheng, and top laner Nguyễn Trần “QTV” Tường Vũ.

All-Stars Paris tournament begins on May 8

The All-Stars Paris tournament, starting May 8, will feature these two teams along with top teams from every region. This event promises to deliver some of the most thrilling games of the year.
