Faker Reveals His Top Five Most-Played Champions in League of Legends
Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, widely regarded as the greatest player in League of Legends, has built his dominance through versatility and adaptability. However, he does have his preferred champions, and a recent video on the YouTube channel Ranking History reveals his top five most-played champions.
Throughout Faker’s career, his most played champions have been Orianna, Azir, Ryze, Galio, and Lulu, as showcased in the video.
Faker’s most-played champion, Orianna, has been played on-stage 58 times. He boasts an impressive 67% win rate and a remarkable 5.66 kill-to-death ratio on the champion. Orianna’s ultimate ability perfectly complements Faker’s game IQ and playmaking skills, making her a formidable force in teamfights.
While Faker hasn’t played Orianna since 2017 due to changes in the meta, she remains his most-played champion. One surprising inclusion in his top five is Lulu, which can be attributed to the changes in the meta as well.
Lulu used to provide her team with exceptional mobility, crowd control, and utility. She excelled in lane with strong shielding and reliable poke abilities. Faker demonstrated his aggressiveness while playing Lulu, securing unexpected solo kills.
In addition to Orianna and Lulu, Faker has a significant number of games on Azir, Ryze, and Galio. These champions have allowed him to maintain high KDA ratios, with Lulu boasting an impressive 7.45 KDA.
