Evil Geniuses Sweeps Business Associates in a Quick Dota 2 Series
Evil Geniuses (EG) and business associates went head-to-head in a tightly contested series during the WeSave! Charity Play event. Surprisingly, the three matches combined lasted only 70 minutes.
In game one, EG struggled to find kills and open up a push while Fly, their captain, died three times in the first 11 minutes. Despite Arteezy’s strong Ursa late game, EG suffered a dieback during a teamfight, leading to a 22-9 victory for business associates.
In game two, EG shifted their strategy and focused on pressuring Moo’s Alchemist. Ryoya’s excellent Kunkka performance helped EG secure the win.
Game three saw EG dominate with an offensive draft, securing a massive 53 kills. Arteezy once again played Ursa, dealing significant damage and leading EG to victory.
With this 2-1 win, EG advances to the North America finals, where they will face CR4ZY on March 24 at 2pm CT.
