Introducing League’s Latest Addition: Unveiling Akshan’s Full Abilities

Akshan: The Newest Champion in League of Legends

Akshan, the Rogue Sentinel, has been revealed as the latest addition to League of Legends. As players battle against the Ruination and the Black Mist, Akshan brings his unique set of skills and abilities to protect Runeterra from Viego and the undead forces.

Akshan is a highly mobile champion who excels in teamfights and hunting down enemies. His three-hit passive not only grants him increased damage, but also provides shielding and movement speed. Utilizing his chase-down mechanic, Akshan can gain camouflage, movement speed, and mana regeneration when tracking Scoundrels.

Akshan’s Abilities

Passive – Dirty Fighting: Akshan’s attacks and damaging abilities deal bursts of physical damage every three hits. If the target is a champion, Akshan also gains a shield. Additionally, after attacking, he fires a second attack that deals reduced physical damage and grants a burst of movement speed when cancelled.

Q – Avengerang: Akshan throws a boomerang that deals physical damage and reveals enemies hit. The boomerang’s range extends with each enemy hit, allowing for multiple hits as it goes out and returns.

W – Going Rogue: When an enemy champion kills one of Akshan’s allies, they are marked as Scoundrels. If Akshan gets a takedown on a Scoundrel, he gains bonus gold and resurrects all allies killed by the Scoundrel at their base. Additionally, Scoundrel status is removed from other enemies. The ability’s active component allows Akshan to become camouflaged for a short duration or indefinitely near terrain, gaining movement speed and mana regeneration while moving towards Scoundrels.

E – Heroic Swing: Akshan fires a hookshot that embeds into the first terrain hit. He can then recast the ability to swing around the terrain, firing physical damage bullets at nearby enemies. While swinging, he can recast again to jump off in the cursor’s direction and fire a final shot. The cooldown of Heroic Swing resets when Akshan earns a takedown on an enemy champion.

R – Comeuppance: Akshan locks onto an enemy champion and channels power into his gun to store bullets. At the end of the duration or after recasting, he unleashes the stored bullets, each dealing physical damage based on missing health to the first minion, champion, or structure hit. Akshan can continue to move and cast Heroic Swing while channeling and firing Comeuppance.

Akshan will be released in Patch 11.15, scheduled to drop on Wednesday, July 21. Get ready to embrace the fight against darkness with this new champion.
