In this scenario, G2 AD carry Hans Sama was under pressure from three members of Fnatic. He was nearly killed by Trymbi’s Alistar, Razork’s Maokai, and Noah’s Aphelios. As Hans Sama retreated under his turret with little health remaining, Mikyx intervened and diverted the attention of the Fnatic players.

Early Momentum Shifts in Favor of G2

Mikyx made a Flash-Grand Entrance combo, catching all three Fnatic gankers with a knockup. By focusing Trymbi’s Alistar, Mikyx forced him to take turret aggro, resulting in the first kill of the game. Fnatic’s players used their Flashes upon the arrival of G2’s jungler Yike, leading to a significant momentum shift in favor of G2.

This early kill set the tone for the entire first game of the series. G2 secured a total of 27 kills in just 27 minutes, while the two teams combined for 41 kills. Mikyx’s performance in game one was crucial to G2’s victory, finishing with a scoreline of 2/4/19 and a personal KDA of 5.25.
