Alliance narrowly escape despite Divine Rapier scare against Gambit Esports at StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor

Alliance defeats Gambit Esports in StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor

Alliance, a European team, faced off against Gambit Esports, a CIS squad, in the lower bracket finals of the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor. Alliance had previously lost to Gambit in the group stage, but this time they came out on top with a 2-0 victory.

The first game was a thrilling match, with Alliance picking an unusual carry hero and showcasing impressive teamfights. Despite Gambit’s attempt to turn the tide with a Divine Rapier, Alliance’s durable heroes held firm and secured the win.

In the second game, Alliance once again relied on the Dragon Knight, while Gambit tried some signature picks. Although Gambit’s player, gpk, performed well, Alliance dominated throughout the game and secured their second win.

With this victory, Alliance advances to the grand finals where they will face Team Aster. The winner of this best-of-five series will be crowned the champion and earn a spot in the ESL One Los Angeles Major.
