Aster Dominates Alliance in StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor

Aster had a convincing victory over Alliance in the upper bracket of the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor, winning the series 2-0. Alliance was unable to match Aster’s impressive drafting and strategic play in both games.

In the first game, Alliance relied on their favored late-game strategy with Medusa for Nikolay “Nikobaby” Nikolov. However, Aster countered with an Arc Warden pick for Sccc, utilizing the hero’s delaying and sieging capabilities to perfection.

Alliance attempted a different approach in the second game with a mid-game tempo draft featuring Riki and Shadow Fiend. However, Aster once again outsmarted them with a last pick Terrorblade for Sccc. This time, Sccc quickly climbed to the top of the net worth charts and swiftly dismantled Alliance’s base.

Sccc showcased flawless performances in both games, proving to be unstoppable and making the right decisions. Aster’s carry was instrumental in their clean sweep against Alliance.

Despite Alliance’s steady improvement throughout the season, they couldn’t match up to Aster’s dominant performance. With the addition of interim coach LaNm, Aster’s drafting has significantly improved, and they are proving worthy of their all-star status.

With this victory, Aster secures a top-three finish in the tournament, along with $54,000 and 110 Dota Pro Circuit points. Alliance now moves to the lower bracket and will face BOOM Esports in an elimination matchup. The winner will continue in the main event and stay in the running for the final spot at the ESL One Los Angeles Major.
