Syndra Bug Lets Her Redirect Sion’s Ultimate in League of Legends
Syndra received an update with Patch 12.19 in League of Legends, bringing her back to relevance. However, along with the update came a new bug that allows Syndra to redirect Sion’s ultimate ability.
Vandril, a dedicated bug hunter, discovered this interaction after the mid-scope update was launched. When Sion activates his Unstoppable Onslaught ultimate, Syndra can use Scatter the Weak to change his direction and make him bounce around the map.
This interaction seems unintended since Scatter the Weak is typically only supposed to damage Sion during Unstoppable Onslaught. Additionally, Sion’s ultimate is designed for the player controlling him to be the only one who can change its direction.
Riot Games is expected to address this game-changing bug promptly after it has been brought to their attention.
