GrabbZ reveals G2’s Mikyx’s long-term wrist problems

G2 Esports Star Support Player Mikyx Faces Wrist and Arm Pain

According to head coach Fabian “GrabbZ” Lohmann, G2 Esports’ star support player, Mihael “Mikyx” Mehle, has been experiencing long-term pain in his wrists and arms. The severity of the pain has recently become a real concern for the team, especially as they enter the LEC playoffs as the No. 1 seed.

Rest and Treatment for Mikyx

GrabbZ revealed that Mikyx has seen two specialists who have prescribed treatment and rest for his condition. As a result, the team has decided to reduce Mikyx’s involvement in scrims and completely free him from soloQ responsibilities.

Team Rest for a Burdened Season

In order to rest the team after a long season, G2 has also reduced practice time leading up to week eight. This reduction may have contributed to a series of concerning performances.

Monitoring Mikyx and Exploring Options

GrabbZ assured fans that the team is closely monitoring Mikyx’s condition and will keep all options open for week nine. This means that the support player may be rested until the playoffs or even longer, depending on his recovery.

With the first seed in the LEC secured after their victory against Vitality, G2 now heads into the final few games of the regular season with confidence.
