New player replaces Bengi; CoreJJ to face RNG

Two Korean Teams Announce New Lineups for Worlds

Two Korean teams have made changes to their lineups for the third day of the Worlds tournament.

SKT will be bringing in Kang “Blank” Sun-gu to replace veteran Bae “bengi” Seong-ung for tonight’s match against I May. This makes Blank the first ever 18-year-old to play in the World Championship.

Samsung Galaxy will also be making a change to their roster, with Jo “Core JJ” Yong-in replacing Kwon “Wraith” Ji-min after their loss against Team SoloMid yesterday.

Both teams are hoping to build on their previous successes going forward.

In other news, Kang “BaeMe” Yang-hyun will be taking over the mid lane for I May, replacing Kang “Athena” Ha-woon. It’ll be interesting to see if these changes have a big impact on the teams’ performances going into day three.
