Team Breakdown

Excel and Rogue: Struggling Towards the End

Unfortunately, there isn’t much excitement surrounding Excel and Rogue, as both teams have struggled throughout the split. Rogue managed to secure a single victory against Excel, which isn’t noteworthy enough to turn things around for either team.

Misfits, Origen, SK, and Fnatic: Tight Competition

There is a lot of competition among Misfits, Origen, SK Gaming, and Fnatic. These teams are separated by just one game. Origen looked promising initially but suffered two consecutive losses last week, putting them at a disadvantage against tough opponents like Splyce and Vitality. However, Fnatic is regaining their momentum, with a successful Sivir game turning things around for them. SK Gaming continues to impress, showing that they can punch above their weight. Misfits, after a rough start, is finally finding their stride, although they still have some execution issues to address.

Schalke, Splyce, and Vitality: Holding Steady

Schalke, Splyce, and Vitality are currently holding steady and hovering above the other teams. Schalke experienced losses in both of their games last week, raising concerns about their mid-priority heading into the second half of the split. Splyce had a surprising loss to Vitality despite a strong early game. Their jungle pick, Sylas, didn’t contribute effectively, resulting in a four-vs-five scenario. On the other hand, Vitality’s performance remains inconsistent, particularly in the bot lane. They have upcoming matches against Misfits and Origen that will determine their position in the standings.

G2: Unrivaled at the Top

At the top of the rankings, G2 stands alone, showcasing their dominance amidst the inconsistency of other teams in the region. While there is a possibility for G2 to lose the split, a serious challenge may only arise during the playoffs.
