Riot Games Introduces Unique Prestige Empyrean K’Sante Skin
As League of Legends fans celebrate the arrival of K’Sante, the game’s newest champion, Riot Games surprises players with a special prestige skin. This skin, called Prestige Empyrean K’Sante, is unlike any other cosmetic in the game and marks the first artist collaboration in League history.
To commemorate the 2022 World Championship, Riot partnered with rapper and singer Lil Nas X to co-design the Prestige Empyrean K’Sante skin. This collaboration makes the skin truly one-of-a-kind.
The skin cannot be purchased from the League store. Instead, players can obtain it by participating in the Worlds 2022 event and playing games on Summoner’s Rift, Howling Abyss, and Teamfight Tactics. To afford the skin, players will need to earn 2,000 Worlds 2022 tokens, like previous prestige skins.
The Prestige Empyrean K’Sante skin features a stunning color scheme of deep purple and vibrant pink. K’Sante is depicted in an exquisite outfit befitting a hero of Nazumah, surrounded by pink butterflies in the skin’s splash art. The butterfly motif is a symbol often used by Lil Nas X throughout his career.
To further enhance the celebrations, Lil Nas X will perform the official anthem of Worlds 2022, “STAR WALKIN'”, at the opening ceremony of the tournament finals in San Francisco. This promises to be an unforgettable day of incredible gameplay and a sensational performance by one of the music industry’s biggest stars.
