PowerOfEvil is said to be on the verge of joining FlyQuest

PowerOfEvil Joins FlyQuest for 2020 League of Legends Season

Tristan “PowerOfEvil” Schrage, former mid laner for Misfits Gaming, is set to join FlyQuest for the upcoming 2020 League of Legends season, as reported by ESPN’s Jacob Wolf. He will reunite with his former teammate, support player Lee “IgNar” Dong-geun.

PowerOfEvil played a key role in helping Misfits reach the 2017 World Championship, where they were defeated by SK Telecom T1 in the quarterfinals. After that, he spent a season with OpTic Gaming before moving on to CLG.

FlyQuest’s Struggles in Season Nine

During the spring split of season nine, FlyQuest had a decent 9-9 record. However, their performance took a nosedive in the following split. With a disappointing 1-6 start to the Summer Split, the team made changes by replacing support player Juan “JayJ” Gilbert with Kim “Wadid” Bae-in in week four. Despite the roster change, FlyQuest continued to struggle and finished the split in ninth place with a 5-13 record.

FlyQuest Preparing for 2020 Season

FlyQuest has since parted ways with Wadid and signed IgNar, formerly of FC Schalke 04, as their new support player for the upcoming 2020 season.

Meanwhile, CLG is reportedly replacing PowerOfEvil with former OpTic mid laner Lee “Crown” Min-ho. In addition to this roster change, CLG has also acquired Andy “Smoothie” Ta from TSM, who will be their new support player, replacing Vincent “Biofrost” Wang.
