Fnatic Welcomes Selfmade as Starting Jungler

Fnatic Announces Selfmade as New Jungle for 2020 Season

Fnatic has officially unveiled Oskar “Selfmade” Boderek as their new jungler for the upcoming 2020 season. Selfmade will be stepping into the position previously held by Mads “Broxah” Brock-Pedersen, and his mission will be to lead Fnatic to a more successful year.

Selfmade is one of the many talented European prospects who have joined the LEC in the past year. He made his debut on SK Gaming and had a standout performance, earning him the 2019 LEC Spring Rookie of the Split award.

Despite Selfmade’s individual success, his team struggled to make an impact. They barely made it into the 2019 Spring Playoffs, finishing in sixth place, but were quickly eliminated by Splyce in the first round. During the summer season, SK continued to struggle and ended up in seventh place with a disappointing 7-11 record.

Joining Forces with Former MAD Lions Teammate

Selfmade will be reuniting with his former MAD Lions teammate, Tim “Nemesis” Lipovšek, on the Fnatic squad. However, Fnatic itself has been plagued by internal issues, causing problems with team synergy. Head coach Joey “YoungBuck” Steltenpool left the team last week to join Excel Esports.

There are rumors that former star support, Alfonso “Mithy” Aguirre Rodríguez, will become Fnatic’s head coach for the upcoming season. With a new jungler and an experienced coach, Fnatic has the potential to turn around their fortunes in 2020.
