In the previous patch, 13.12, LeBlanc was a popular pick in solo queue. She boasted a win rate of over 50%, while being banned in 28% of the games. This popularity was largely due to her favored item, Statik Shiv. By combining Fleet Footwork with Statik Shiv, LeBlanc had an overwhelming presence in solo queue, disrupting the aspirations of players trying to climb the ladder in Season 13 split one. Her incredible wave clear and trading potential, without sacrificing burst damage, made her an unstoppable force in the game.
However, with the release of Patch 13.13, LeBlanc’s power has significantly diminished, and she is no longer as dangerous as before. Despite this, players continue to ban her out of fear, unaware of her current state in the game.
