BT Excel created history today in the world of League of Legends. They defeated mousesports in the semifinals of the EU Masters, making them the first team from the Northern League of Legends Championship to qualify for the EU Masters final. In the final, they will compete against the representatives of either the LVP or LFL for the chance to win the EU Masters title.
Impressive Performance Leads BT Excel to Victory
The series reached a nail-biting game three after mousesports staged a heroic comeback in the second game. Despite struggling in the series and being tied 1-1, Excel turned the tide with the help of top laner Orome’s outstanding performance on Renekton. Orome pulled off incredible one-vs-three plays multiple times throughout the game and almost single-handedly turned the game around for BTXL after a close fight near Nashor.
AD Carry Deadly from BTXL also delivered an exceptional performance throughout the series. Dealing immense damage as Ezreal, Deadly carried teamfights with his impressive damage output and superior positioning. This victory propels the team to their first-ever EU Masters final, where they will face off against the winner of UCAM Esports Club vs KCorp, aiming to bring home the EU Masters trophy for the NLC.
