Five players released by SK Gaming Prime.

Five Members of SK Prime Leave Organization

All five members of SK Prime, the academy team of SK Gaming, have announced their departure from the organization. Marc “Canee” Behrend, Théo “Sheo” Borile, Mihail “twohoyrz” Petkov, William “UNF0RGIVEN” Nieminen, and Ricardo “Quicktimer” Schipper will be leaving the ERL team after their contracts expired. Only Alois Nelissen, the starting top laner, remains on the roster for the upcoming 2022 season.

Underwhelming Performance in PRM Splits

During the PRM Splits, the SK Prime roster delivered mediocre results. The team finished fourth in both the Spring and Summer Splits and made early exits from the playoffs.

Possible Move to MAD Lions for UNFORGIVEN

While most of the departing SK Prime players have not disclosed their future plans, it appears that UNFORGIVEN may already have his sights set on the future. According to a report by , UNFORGIVEN could potentially join MAD Lions as their new bottom lane player, following the departure of Matyáš “Carzzy” Orság to Vitality.

Opportunities for Other SK Prime Players

Several other SK Prime players have gained valuable experience in the LEC and will enter free agency. Twohoryz stepped in as the mid laner for SK Gaming during the LEC Summer Split when their starting mid laner was unable to compete due to hospitalization.

SK Gaming has yet to decide on the remaining members of the SK Prime roster. These significant changes demonstrate their determination to build a competitive team for the ERL main stage.
