Gen.G and Nongshim RedForce Complete Bdd and Peanut Trade

Gen.G and Nongshim RedForce Complete Player Trade

The esports teams, Gen.G and Nongshim RedForce, have officially announced a one-for-one trade of players. The mid laner for Gen.G, Bdd, will join Nongshim, while Peanut, the jungler for Nongshim, will return to Gen.G.

Bdd and Peanut Switch Teams

In 2022, Bdd will be heading to Nongshim, which will be his fifth team in his career. On the other hand, Peanut will be returning to Gen.G, the team he last played for in 2019.

Bdd will spearhead an unfinished Nongshim roster for the 2022 season. He is the only official addition to the team so far. Nongshim said goodbye to its entire starting lineup from 2021, with Rich, Gori, Deokdam, Kellin, and Peanut all leaving the organization. Among them, Peanut is the only one who has found a new team.

Peanut will join a new-look Gen.G squad that has made changes to its roster for the upcoming season. After keeping the same team for two years, Gen.G will have new players in four out of five positions on the Rift. Only Ruler, the AD carry, will remain in the starting lineup for 2022.

Gen.G Roster Update

Gen.G recently revealed that they are parting ways with veteran support Life, who has reached a deal with KT Rolster. They have also welcomed former DRX and KT top laner, Doran, to the team for the 2022 season. However, Gen.G still needs to fill the mid and support positions before the LCK Spring Split begins next year.

LCK Spring Split 2022

The official start date for the 2022 LCK Spring Split has not been announced yet, but it is expected to begin in January, following previous season traditions and standards.
