H2K’s Journey to Worlds

H2K Dominates in Season Five of EU LCS

If you watched Season Five of the European League of Legends Championship Series (EU LCS), you witnessed H2K dominating the scene. Coming from the Challenger Series, H2K proved they belonged in the EU LCS. After some initial losses, they started causing major upsets, even taking a game away from SK. Despite a measly 13.97 percent fan vote for their victory, H2K proved their worth.

After this pivotal moment, H2K became recognized as a real threat. Not many teams from the Challenger Series can play at their level. Throughout the split, H2K continued to cause upsets, building a strong fan base. With innovative support play from Raymond “KaSing” Tsang, fans loved cheering them on.

H2K knew they couldn’t let their fans down. At the end of the split, they secured a firm third place, exceeding expectations. The hype around H2K grew as the spring split approached. They proved themselves by beating ROCCAT, but stumbled against the new team, Origen. H2K and Origen became rivals for the title of the best Challenger Series team.

Throughout the split, H2K and Origen battled fiercely, always within a one or two-win difference. This rivalry created excitement for fans and players alike. H2K dominated the rest of the split, finishing right behind Origen with just one win difference.

Despite finishing in third place, H2K’s longevity in the EU LCS earned them more championship points, securing their place at Worlds. With the Gauntlet behind them, H2K could relax.

The fact that H2K went from the Challenger Series to Worlds in under a year proves their status as a top team. Now, it’s time for them to continue growing. EU LCS fans are eagerly anticipating their performance alongside Fnatic and Origen.
