Rogue Secure Victory Over Schalke 04 in LEC Spring Playoffs, Progress to Losers Bracket Finals

Rogue Dominates Schalke 04 in LEC Playoffs

The LEC playoffs have been filled with intense action, and today’s series was no different. Rogue, the first-place finishers of the regular season, faced off against Schalke 04 in a matchup that did not disappoint.

Rogue had faced a surprising defeat to MAD Lions in the opening weekend of the playoffs and found themselves in the losers bracket. However, they proved their strength by defeating Schalke 04 with a confident 3-1 victory.

The MVP of the series was Trymbi, Rogue’s support player, whose exceptional performance on Rell played a crucial role in securing important engagements for the team. Despite being the least experienced player on the team, Trymbi showcased his skill and carried Rogue through multiple teamfights.

Hans sama’s exceptional performance on Kalista also deserves recognition. His impeccable usage of the pocket-pick champion in games three, four, and five proved the strength of Rogue’s bot lane, which has been one of the best in Europe this split.

Rogue’s cohesive playstyle has been a defining factor throughout the split, and this series was no exception. Their strategic rotations around key objectives and their methodical approach overwhelmed Schalke 04’s chaotic gameplay. Their teamfight setups around the dragon pit, led by mid laner Larssen and jungler Inspired, have been some of the best in the LEC.

Rogue now faces their next challenge against G2 in the LEC playoffs. Both teams were defeated by MAD Lions and are determined to prove themselves. G2 aims to secure their fifth consecutive LEC title, while Rogue looks to establish their dominance after tying for first place with G2 in the regular season.

The battle for the European finals between Rogue and G2 will take place on April 10 at 10 am CT.
