How to Get a Refund for Agents and Skins in VALORANT

If you’re not happy with the agent or skin you purchased in VALORANT, don’t worry! You can get a refund.

In VALORANT, you start with five free characters and can unlock two more after a few wins. However, if you want to try out all 21 agents, it can take a long time. The next agent on the list requires 30,000 XP or about 100 wins.

But if you’ve recruited Viper and prefer a fast-paced agent like Raze, there’s a simple solution: get a refund.

Riot Games has introduced a quick and easy refund system in VALORANT, similar to League of Legends.

You can refund unused content, including agents and skins, purchased with VP or RP within the last seven days.

How to Refund Agents and Skins in VALORANT

To get a refund for your agent or skin, follow these steps:

  1. Go to VALORANT’s support page
  2. Scroll down and log in with your Riot username and password
  3. Select “Get my order history”
  4. Find the item you want to be refunded and click “refund” under the “Claim a Refund” column
  5. Restart VALORANT

Please note that refunds only apply to agents and unused weapon skins. You must have purchased the item within the last 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Used weapon skins, upgraded weapon skins, in-game content (such as Gun Buddies and Player Cards), character contract levels, weapon skin levels, weapon skin bundles, premium battle passes, premium battle pass levels, and Radianite points cannot be refunded.

You can’t get a refund on the following:

  • Used weapon skins
  • Upgraded weapon skins
  • Used in-game content (Gun Buddies, Player Cards, etc.)
  • Character contract levels
  • Weapon skin levels
  • Weapon skin bundles
  • Premium battle passes
  • Premium battle pass levels
  • Radianite points
