Bootcamp for VALORANT Teams preparing for VCT LCQ and Champions

VALORANT Teams Preparing for Major Events with Boot Camps

Teams from all over the world are getting ready for the highly anticipated VALORANT events of the year by participating in boot camps.

Japanese team ZETA DIVISION recently announced their plans to hold a boot camp in August before their Champions run later this year. They have already secured qualification for the tournament, which begins in September.

ZETA DIVISION has decided to relocate their team to Poland for the boot camp, where they will compete against other European teams. This temporary move is aimed at reducing potential fatigue caused by jetlag. It will also allow the players to familiarize themselves with the timezone and environment prior to the tournament.

Meanwhile, North American teams have already completed several weeks of boot camp in preparation for the VALORANT Champions Tour last chance qualifier, starting tomorrow.

The Sentinels, one of the dominant teams in North America, have been boot camping for several weeks, following the addition of Michael “shroud” Grzesiek and Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro. The team is determined to bounce back after a disappointing regular season, where they finished joint-last with TSM. The Sentinels struggled in the VCT NA Stage Two Challengers, failing to win a series and only managing to win one map.

Other organizations such as Cloud9 and FaZe are also participating in boot camps prior to the last chance qualifier. Cloud9 has chosen to use the OpTic facility for their practice.

However, some teams have faced difficulties finding practice partners after being released by their organizations. Teams like Dark Zero, Complexity, and Gen.G have allowed their players to explore other opportunities, as they failed to qualify for the final stage of the North American partnership.
