Vikram, also known as Vikkstar123, is a popular streamer on Twitch and YouTube. He has a large following of over 690,000 on Twitch and more than three million on YouTube.

Starting his streaming career in 2010, Vikkstar123 gained recognition for playing Call of Duty. However, in January 2021, he decided to quit the game due to the excessive presence of cheaters. He is now known for his streams of the popular game Minecraft and has even created online tutorials for his fans.

In addition to his individual channels, Vikkstar123 is a member of the YouTube group called the Sidemen. He is also one of the co-owners of the London Royal Ravens esports team.

Let’s take a look at Vikkstar123’s streaming setup.

Monitor: Acer XB270HU

Vikkstar123 uses the Acer XB270HU as his preferred monitor for streaming. This monitor is a 27-inch IPS monitor with a resolution of WQHD 1440p. It has a decent refresh rate of 144Hz and is compatible with G-Sync. While it was considered cutting-edge technology when it was released in 2015, it has since been surpassed by more modern gaming monitors.

Despite its gaming capabilities, the Acer XB270HU has a simple and understated design. It has a black finish with thick bezels and a round base. The only indication of its gaming features is the red circle on the base.

Keyboard: Razer DeathStalker Expert

Vikkstar123 uses the Razer DeathStalker Expert keyboard, which features membrane switches. It is a full-size keyboard with low-profile chiclet keys and a built-in wrist rest. The keyboard has Razer’s signature black finish and green backlighting. It is not overly bulky, measuring 20.3 by 10.2 inches. Despite being a membrane keyboard, it provides consistent key actuation and requires 65 grams of force to press the keys.

Headset: Beyerdynamic 459038 DT 990 PRO

Vikkstar123 relies on the Beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO headphones for their renowned sound quality. These headphones are well-regarded among recording professionals. They do not have a built-in microphone, so they are better suited for streamers who use an external microphone.

Mouse: Razer Taipan Ambidextrous

Vikkstar123 uses the Razer Taipan Ambidextrous mouse, which is suitable for both left-handed and right-handed users. It features a symmetrical shape with two side buttons that can be disabled if not needed. The mouse has the standard left and right-click buttons, a scroll wheel, and two DPI buttons behind the scroll wheel.

Mouse pad: Razer Goliathus Speed (Extended)

For his mouse pad, Vikkstar123 uses the Razer Goliathus Speed (Extended) model. This large mouse pad covers the entire desk and provides ample space for mouse movements. It features a micro woven cloth surface designed for optimal mouse tracking. The mouse pad has a rubberized finish on the back to prevent slipping.

Microphone: Rode Podcaster USB Dynamic Microphone

Vikkstar123 uses the versatile Rode Podcaster USB microphone, which connects directly to a PC without requiring additional devices. It is compatible with Windows, Linux, and Mac computers, as well as iPads with a camera connection kit. The microphone is primarily designed for voice capture and features a cardioid pickup pattern. It also has an internal pop filter and shock mount for reducing unwanted sounds and vibrations.

Arm: RODE PSA 1 Swivel Mount

To hold the microphone in place, Vikkstar123 uses the RODE PSA 1 Swivel Mount. This boom arm is known for its solid construction and practical design. It can be easily mounted on most desks using either a grommet mount or a clamp.

Gaming chair: Omega Pro XL Series

Vikkstar123’s chair of choice is the GT Omega Pro XL Series. This extra-large chair is designed to accommodate plus-size gamers comfortably. It offers various options, including leather or fabric upholstery and multiple color choices. The chair features a racing seat design with a tall backrest, air vents for cooling, and optional neck and lumbar cushions. It also has adjustable height, armrests, and reclining features.
