The Blind Monk Gets an Art and Sustainability Update

The Blind Monk, Lee Sin, is finally getting an ASU (Art and Sustainability Update), which will bring him up-to-scratch aesthetically compared to modern champions. The update aims to enhance the visual appeal of Lee Sin and his skins, as well as improve gameplay clarity. Riot Games, the developer of League of Legends, plans to release the ASU with patch 14.9 on May 1.

A Revamped Visual Experience

Lee Sin’s base cosmetics, including his traditional skin, will receive a much-needed aesthetic makeover. Riot Games has recognized that the current visuals are outdated and pixelated. With the ASU, the developers aim to provide players with a more visually appealing and high-resolution experience.

Here is a glimpse of what the revamped Lee Sin cosmetics will look like after the ASU:

These revamped cosmetics are set to bring a fresh and improved look to Lee Sin, appealing to players who have been eagerly awaiting an update to his visuals. The ASU not only addresses the visual flaws but also takes into consideration player feedback, ensuring a more satisfying gameplay experience.

A Pick in Competitive Matches

Lee Sin has been a popular pick in competitive matches for a long time. According to the stats aggregator website U.GG, he currently boasts a win rate of 49.22 percent. His ability combinations, especially the famous ward jump technique, make him a favorite among skilled players in the competitive queue.

Upcoming ASUs

Following Lee Sin’s ASU, Riot Games plans to release an ASU for Teemo in patch 14.20. This update aims to bring back some of Bandle City’s charm to the Yordle, offering players an enhanced visual experience with Teemo’s cosmetics.
